Affordable luxury.Modern self contained 2 bedroom orchard cottage nestled amongst organic kiwifruit vines. Lots of privacy and space. Only 2 hours from Auckland in the heart of the Bay of Plenty.

The cottage was opened in 2005. It has two large bedrooms (sleeps 4), with one king size bed and two singles.
It is a simple 50m2 design but with special touches:
- French Provençal Décor
- Delightful timber lined building outside and inside
- Carpet and tile floors
- Gaz heater
- Fully-equipped kitchenette/lounge with fridge, double hot plate, microwave, banquet size electric frying pan, TV/ DVD player
- BBQ
- Private garden
- Large bathroom and separate toilet, heated towel rail
- Linen & towels provided
- Baby equipment available on request
- Laundry

We have enjoyed having overseas and Kiwi visitors since 1994, when we came to settle in Katikati.

We love to share this special place with special people:
- 8 hectare organic kiwifruit orchard
- A variety of delicious organic fruit and vegetables at your door step, pick your own and taste
- Quiet setting at the end of a no exit country road, but very close to SH2.
