The Cottage was new in 2005.
It has two large bedrooms (sleeps 4), with one king size bed and two singles.
It is a simple 50m2 design but with special touches:
- French Provençal Décor
- Timber lined building on the outside and on the inside
- Carpet and tile floors
- Comfortable quality beds
- Electric blankets and Heaters in winter
- Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, double hot plate, microwave oven, Banquet size electric frying pan
- Sunny lounge with TV, DVD player, open view into the orchard
- BBQ under the porch
- Private garden to enjoy the sun and the Spa pool
- Large bathroom and separate toilet
- Heated towel rail
- Linen ant towels provided plus Spa towels

We have enjoyed having overseas and kiwi visitors since 1994, when we came to live on this slice of paradise. We love to share this special place with special people:

- A variety of delicious organic fruit and vegetables at your door step, available in season for you to pick
- Quiet setting at the end of a no exit country road but very close to SH2.
Explore Waihi Beach, the hot pools, Mt Maunganui, bush walks, our local art and crafts, or sit under the porch by the kiwifruit vines while cooking a nice bbq. You will find our home grown organic vegetables a treat for a fresh summer salad. Enjoy lunch or take away dinner just down the road at
