Sagewood Cottage is a country cottage with peaceful aura, spectacular views and handy for local beaches with boat ramps. Close to Kaimai walking tracks. Handy for Tauranga and Katikati for shopping, harbour, restaurants, hot pools etc.

The cottage is comfortable and newly decorated with all modern conveniences including master bed with double bed and views. The second bedroom has top bunk and double futon, kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and views. There is also a bath.

Lounge/dining modern furniture with DVD/video, games and books. Linen/towels and beach towels provided. Parking space for boat. Use of BBQ. Outdoor furniture to sit and take in the breathtaking views of this spectacular location.

The hosts live close by and look forward to welcoming you and assisting you during your stay.
